On 11th April, I have registered a request for periodical maintenance of my Window ACs with LG customer service vide Complaint nos RNA 12041113200 & RNA 12041113223. This service wast to be rendered with in 24 Hrs and till now i.e. on 17th April the service is not provided. When I called LG customer service, I was told, that the service is already provided as per records. The service was to be provided by LG authorised service station HI END Solutions, 19 Sewa Park, Near Dwarka Mode. I request you to advise the Company to disconnect with such service centres, who can tell lies with out any hesitation at the cost of customer dissatisfaction.
