Warranty failed

Dear Sir,

This is P.Satyam, I bought LG 21" ultra slim TV on 7-Sep. I received 3 years warranty card, On that card mentioned warranty valid for Flatron TVs purchase between 15-Sep to 30-Oct. I didn't noticed at that time. At present My TV in repair condition. I contacted the LG Service Center through Customer Care. They send Engineer for repair. He rejects the warranty because my purchase date not in valid time. He said ask the dealer for solution, it is not our responsiblity, if dealer blames. If any possibility to fight.
