Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia 1208 to Nokia Care ANAND INTERNATIONAL, 233, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata-700034 Branch for display light problem on 5/10. From there I got Job Sheet (job sheet no. 1005/46) and had collected my handset on 8/10.But it was having some other new problems which was not in it. When I visited the Nokia Care branch they do not accept my set to repair.

I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and the customer care of Nokia didn't even respond to my complain and but sorry to say that the service of Nokia which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...
