I bought Air Conditioner for my shop 3 years back. After purchase, the service was excellent. The last one year the service from LG is very bad. They are not prompt, and the workmanship is bad. Several telephone calls needed to check the service request. Really LG is LB (life is bad) for me. My Air Conditioner service request is pending for the last one month. I have their company service (ANC) guarantee. Still my air conditioner need service. I dont like to recommend LG product for my family and friends any more
