Micromax phone within warrenty period, still charging at service centre and not getting repaired

Sir, I am writing this mail with great agony. I had purchesed a micromax Q3 from M/s, Alfa, Vile Parle (W), invoice no. 27070001898V on 7/12. it was working fine, but last month after one day after charging, it phone was frequently hanging and later on not responding, I took to phone to the nearest Micromax service centre, M/s IMImobile Care, Mira Road, he told me this is due moisture accumulation and you have to pay Rs. 250 to get it repair. sir my phone is within the warrently period still he is charging me and now for more than a week, still it did not get repaired.
