I am, Dr. M M Malleswara Rao, retired from Central Service having SBI Pension account in SBI, Kirlampudi layout Branch (No:30385943329), Vizag. On 4th July operated the ATM card at SBH ATM located in Lasonsbay colony, Vizag. I operated about 5 times to draw Rs.25000, 10000, 15000, 10000 and finally Rs.3000 and in all these operations I could neither realise the amount nor get operation SLIP details. Same thing I reported in SBH adjacent branch and concerned said not to worry and will be taken care. On 11 July when I got upadated my Pass book, came to know that Rs.3000/- debited from my A/c and I gave complaint with above details with a copy to SBH Manager at Lasons bay Br (as it is SBH ATM).

In response to my complaint :
On 26 July Rs. 3000/- deposited to my A/c and again
On 18 Aug Rs. 3000/- debited from my A/c.
After That I met Concerned Banks Zonal Br Officers & they say that the transaction " SUCCESSFUL" & we can not do any thing.
* At a subsequent date I gave UNHAPPY SMS to concerned and the next day somebody from Hyderabad Bank concerned responded & he says
as the complaint is more than 3 months OLD & can not be taken up and complaint in RBI concerned section. Later on inquiry came to know what he said is " half knowledge".

* This is the STATUS up to date (30-12). I request you, with the details given above, look into the problem and do the needful so that much more confidence in automation will buildup.
* The machine LOG indicates OP - SUCCESSFUL & I say "NOT realized the money". It is not the money that involved but One has to see where is the "bottleneck" in the ATM AUTOMATION.
* My main intention is " Identify the problem " & rectify so that ATM OPs become ROBUST.
