My micromax a60 mobile phone purchase date is 14/04 by siba tel my bill no-793 book no-16.
my mobile is not in service on the date of 01/09.
than i go to mobile service center of micromax abc telecommunication ramesh nagar metro station delhi 110015 on the date 03/09.

My complaint for device over heating battery and phone auto redial the last number, and hanging problem of my phone,
And company executive said to me that your phone is repaired on Monday 05/09.
on Monday, I go that service centre and he said to me your phone is not repaired and it is send to micromax company,
And your phone is repair on this Saturday 10/09. And I go to service center to received my phone on saturday 10/09. but i found that my phone is not repaired, He said Your phone is not ready at this time. And we are promise to you that your phone must be repaired on this Saturday 17/09.
but after 18 day gone my complaint as same.
that is your services
please give the reason my problem is not solved that company
who`s responsible for (time loss, money loss, mentally loss).
urgent repair my phone as per high priority base
