Dear Sir/Madam,
With deep regret I have to bring to your attention that about two months' back your designated engineer (Mob. 9818001427) and Mr Deepak (Mob. 9818516441) as at that time appearing in your site, who came to install new RO machine at my residence, took away my Acqua Guard for repair and its subsequent installation at my residence have not turned up. In spite of my repeated requests they have not delivered and installed.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly immediate action at your end, failing which I will be complled to take appropriate legal action against Eureka Forbes.
