Attached is the one year AMC (costing Rs. 1250/-) I had with one Mr. Raju (Mob: 9899753392) dt. 15/03/08 for my Aqua Guard (Model: iNOVA). He belongs to

Period : 15/03/08 to 14/09/08.
This AMC covers 2 periodical servicing visits per year, replacement of pre-filter candle & activate carbon cartridge twice a year besides breakdown attentions, worn-out part replacements etc. (see details in attached receipt).
I am sorry to say that I have been cheated badly. I have made several calls for replacement of the candle and carbon to Mr. Raju on his mobile number 9899753392) but he always promises he would come on the Saturday but has never come to-date. In the name of AMC for my Aqua Guard I have been cheated and harassed. When my Acqua guard brokedown I made several calls to him to honour the AMC but he never provided any service. During the breakdown period I had purchase Bisleri water from the market several times and finally I had to pay an additional Rs. 400/- to another repair firm and get my Aqua guard repaired.
Please take some action against Mr. Raju and the company so that they do not cheat other innocent consumers like me in the name of AMC. Also, please request him to atleast replace the candle and carbon and service my Aqua Guard as per the AMC.
Eureka Forebes should be very prudent on deciding which companies to choose as thier service partner or else their product sales are bound to be affected
