Recently, two times, I had visited your Nilkamal outlet at Edapally, Kochi.
No salesmen were assisting / acknowledging the customers. We had to request them to explain something. And that salesman was not having enough knowledge about the products displayed there.
Why is this shop running like this?!!!
The attitude is like “we are just displaying things; don’t trouble us by attempting to buy something”!!!
