Faulty product

Dear Sir / Madam

I had purchased a STIMULUS sandal (Design No. 9001 brown) from foot selection (661 Deccan Gymkhana J.M. Road Pune 04) on 21st July Bill No. CC-7-210711). & now the sandal lather finishing piling out. regarding this i had complaint to seller on date 13 th Sep 2011 & the seller put the sandal in his shop to show to distributer & he replied me the distributer Anand Sales (Rep Name - Anil -9423224114) are not ready to replace the faulty good on 23 rd Sep 2011. So I am requesting you to please replace the faulty sandal.
