Delay in PNG connection

After paying advance money the whole society got the connection but our 4 or 5 houses are only their which have not got the connection.

When ever we are calling them they are making false promises ony.

At my house they have taken out GAS CYLINDER pipe out side to fit their pipe line and I have a YOUNG BABY at home so, it become's risky.

So, please do the needfull urgently.
