Nokia 5610 I IMEI/ESN NO 358652016363851 had an issue of getting automatic switch while on call gave it for software check up on 17/12/10 and the issue was resolved however after recieving the phone evening the same day got to know that the display light is not working went to nokia service center (sanman mobile in mathikere) they serviced it and said is fine however in the evening noticed that the error is not resolved went back to service station for the 3rd time and gave the set for servicing again now the representative says that the display is gone and has to change it costs 1800 they say that i have to pay the amount my question is why did they accept to check the set the second time i visited they would have told me the same not happy with the service or the resolution bcoz i dint have the display problem until i gave it for servicing looking forward to hear from you hope i will get a resolution for this contact number 9742007091
