On 5 October i made a purchase of nokia headset bh-503, which came with a warranty of 1 year. And the very next month the product was not working, so on 2 January i gave the product for service in a nokia care whose target date of return was 12 Jan.
And till date i haven't got back my product. The service centre is not taking my request seriously. I had visited the service centre 5 times and still my problem has not been resolved. kindly look into the matter.
