I bought my new Nokia N8 on 29-11-10. As early as 02-12-10, I started facing boot up problem after trying to switch ON after a flight journey. My persistence in re-booting finally paid off as I could not even call my family to inform about safe arrival as the handset was not switching ON. But, on 06-12-10, the handset suddenly slipped to restart mode by itself (but never succeed to do so). Yesterday (06-12-10), I've given the handset in Trivandrum Nokia Care, the care centre people, much to my dismay told that, it may call for reloading of the software and all the data, contacts and settings would vanish. Such a pathetic experience within one week after purchasing the new N8. Will the Nokia company look into this and replace the handset?
