To the concerned officer
I registered my complaint regarding the frequent tripping & vibration & noise in my window A.C On 04/06 at 12:50 PM vide complaint NO. 12JU040302. In response one mechanic attended and inspected the Air Conditioner. After inspection he verbally informed me that the compressor has gone weak and it has to be changed for the smooth working of the A.C. He further informed me that for the change of the compressor he will file his report along with indent for the change of the compressor. However he did not gave his inspection report to me in writing.
I purchased the above A.C from M/s HIDUSTAN REFRIGERATION STORES 2, 4&5 NETAJI SUBHASH MARG, DARYA GANJ, NEW DELHI-110002 on 20/06 as per invoice no. 16138. As per terms of Warranty if any defect occurs in the Compressor of the A.C within 5 years from the date of its purchase, the same has to be replaced with a new one without any cost on the buyer….
Till 06/06 I did not get any reply from your company. Since the A.C was not functioning i again lodged my complaint on 06/06 vide complaint NO.12JU060651. Till this date i.e. 14/06 neither anybody has attended to the complaint nor the compressor has been changed. In the absence of change of compressor the A.C is not working since 04/06 & this has put to me great physical hardship as I am a senior citizen Aged 66 years. It is requested that my complaint be attended to immediately failing which I will be compelled to take a proper suitable legal action.
