Bill not given and misbhaving with coustome

I Amit Chandan went to purchase a milk at Pandey Dairy (Gokul Special) which costed Rs. 32 and now became Rs. 34 which I was not aware of, so I asked for a bill saying Rs. 34 for per litre Gokul special milk. But he wouldnt give me bill and started misbehaving with me and said we dont give bill to any body.

So kindly take action against him.
