Charging more price on Cigarettes

Pan shop owner is charging more price per cigarette @6 instead of @5, which is next o Park avenue building at FC Road. But other people are charging at nominal price, I've asked him about overcharging he replied me that in this budget it has been increased.

Please look into this matter...
