Service level and the clock difference between parking entry and exit

1. The clock at parking entry and parking exit are not in sync (entry clock is slow, exit clock is fast). Thus they show that the time taken for parking is more than the actual time and they fleece. I had this experinece today (2nd April, check out 9:42 pm as per spar timing)

2. Service is pathetic, long queues at billing counter. Card swiping machines are restricted in number and staff is not helpful.
