DISH TV BROADBAND CONNECTION
REGULAR SIGNAL ERROR

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE INSTALLED DISH TV DTH CONNECTION AT MY HOME SINCE LAST 2 YRS.

IN LAST 2 YRS 8 TIMES I HAVE PAID SERVICE CHARGE TO A PERSON COME FROM DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE . THIS AMOUNT I PAY ALMOST EVERY 3 MONTHS. NOW I WAS TOLD MY SET TOP BAX NEED TO BE REPLACED AND JUST TO CHECK THAT PROBLEM I HAD TO APY SERVICE CHARGE WHICH I PAID. AGAIN AFTER 2 DAYS I NEED TO PAY CHARGES FOR SET TOP BOX AS WELL SERVICE CHARGE PLUS VAT TAX.

I SIMPLY WANT TO KNOW IF I NEED TO PAY EVERY 3 MONTHS SUCH CHAGES?

EVERY TIME NEW PERSON COME FROM CUSTMER CARE AND I AM TOLD OLD PERSON HAS LEFT AND NOW I WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM IN FUTURE, BUT THAT ASSURANCE IS ONLY FOR 2-3 MONTHS AS AGAIN NEW PERSON COME.

I SIMPLY WILL STOP THIS CONNECTION, BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO PAY ME BACK MY MONEY LYING WITH THEM AS I PAID ADVANCE RENT.
