Its not a major issue but still the behaviour of the customer care of pay world services over telephone.
I wanted to recharge my vodafone mobile (9620055869) on 30-05-12 (Time .9.23 am) with a retailer (pooja travels) who is using Pay world web services (operator ID - 0018457074) in Ulsoor, Bangalore.
When I wrote my number he read the last digit as seven in stead of nine and recharged Rs 100 to mobile no 9620055867 (transaction ID - 10606000653). This mobile no is temporarily out of service when I tried to call.
We spoke to the customer care no of Pay world i.e. 18001021222. But he is not ready to reverse the amount and behaving very rudely. All I wanted is credit the reacharge amount to my mobile if they are not reversing. Also the no 9620055867 is out of service. That means my money is completely wasted. I request you to kindly look into the matter. Awaiting your response.
I appreciate your help in getting my long waiting PF last time
