Not working

I purchased a Aqua-guard (NOVA) water purifier & a Vacuum cleaner. Now water-purifier not working and we are facing great problem. Kindly send a trend mechanic from company with candles & switch to start the machine as early as possible.. Thanks. B.K..Khanna
