Hi Sir,
I purchase the Philips saver machine cast of 3196.00/Rs. It was 2 years warranty period,
I purchase it on April after 1year Shaver and trimmer both function was not working properly. Finally I decided to go Philips service center Anna Nagar Chennai at April before warranty period, and put my complaint; they registered my complaint and committed me that they will replace this machine within 10 days.
I went to that service center more then 10 times, but every time they gave only commitment "come for Saturday or Monday", I don’t know how many Mondays or Saturdays I went to that shop, but still I am not getting my machine.
I am much freshened for this happens and I don’t know what I should do for that.
