Espected sir, we had taken u r prod. on 07-12. philips mixer 1643 price worth 3, 190.after few month it was not working proply we had gone to repair at its service center they told, they put new machine in that but they had not done any work on it .and at u r service center they dont respond properly and the thing is that u r product is so poor that the word poor is less for it.
