My car submitted for Gear Box noise repair and only clutch plates and pressure plates were replaced. The main problem for Gear Box noise was not fixed. All charges including labour charges were added in the bill. The next time if the vehicle will be sent for Gear Box problem then the labour charges for Gear Box opening will be added which was added for previous service of gear box. It means they will add labour charges for the same work every time, which was done by their mistake even though they were told to about the gear box noise. This is not the first time it happened. Whenever my vehicle was sent for a certain work i have to pay in addition for some other work which was not in existence. I am a middle class man. How is it possible for me to pay every time if the problem is not fixed. This is for your kind information and necessary action.
