Dear Dir/ Madam

I was first time dealing with Lyca for Germany tour. Your dealer told me to dial customer care no. after landing. I have done so. But the customer care member was replying in German language and unfortunately I don't know German. For translating call in English i had to press 4 but by pressing 4 there was no response. I had done this various times I was not able to do that finally i was failed to proceed and I don't know the place for recharge my number even.

Kindly refund 800rs which I was submitted for 2 sim.
