Delay of supply of filled LPG Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Indian Oil. I have booked my LPG refill on 02/01 through IVRS. Accordingly, a massage have been received on 05/01 indicating that the cash memo is already generated and filled refill will be delivered shortly. But the same has not yet been delivered.

Please give the status of delaying in supply the refill.
