Seller "Nancy Richards" sells an e-course on http://www.trainpetdog.com and multiple other dog sites (and parrots) as listed in other reports. This is most definitely a scam. I did not receive a link to my product, nor an email with user name and password to access an informational website. The website looks very busy otherwise, each dog breed has its own specialized site (but it's all plugged in indeed) and ultimately the contents are nil. I am a savvy internet user, and after rejecting many many comparable sites, I fell for this one.
The parrot site is b.t.w. run by Nathalie Roberts, not Nancy Richards.
Thanks to email/website info through my paypal payment, I found out that this seller is linked to "Search Engine Ranking System Consultants Pvt. Ltd." (the listed receiver of my paypal payment). I did extensive research on domain names and owners/registrants of the names, and found out that this dog site is linked to a person named Sumantra Roy of 1stsearchranking.com.
A person going by the name Sumantra Roy, 549 Parnasree, Kolkota, West-Bengal, India registered etrendsetters.com (apr 19) in this name. Contact person is [email protected]. Etrendsetters.com subsequently is the registrant of trainpetdog.com (apr 20). Trainpetdog is the domain name used for the sales and links at the sites dogtrainingsinstitute.org and dogtrainingsinstitute.com that are registered under the name of Nancy Richards (information through whois.domaintools.com).
The name Sumantra Roy is linked to http://1stsearchranking.net/ that uses the same business address as above for etrendsetters.com, which supposedly is "the" SEO specialist's site, according to web references. There are around 11 google hits for this site 1stsearchranking.net (and .com), a remarkably small amount for an SEO expert...
Sumantra Roy nevertheless turns out to be a very well-respected Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialist on the internet with 45, 000 google hits and publications on so many SEO sites of other respected names.

I am still researching series of domain name ownership, and there are questions to be answered, because it is possible for any person X to register a domain name in for example the name of "Sumantra Roy" or even "George Busch." But irrespective of the timeline of when the respective names were registered and where my ultimate payment at Paypal went to (supposedly in the name of "Search Engine Ranking System Consultants Pvt. Ltd."), the pet sites of Nancy Richards and Nathalie Roberts need to be avoided as pest!
