DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I cannot believe how bad this company have been. I lost 2 clients through trying to do projects with them. One because their CSS was so atrocious and one because they could not deliver on time. The first client left when after about a month they still couldn't achieve the basic page layout needed even though I continually corrected it and sent it back to them. The second left when they missed deadline after deadline, taking over 2 months to do what was essentially a very simple project, which I reposted on here and a company did in a week. They were never online to talk to and repeatedly ignored my requests for contact and updates. In short they under delivered in every area; communication, quality and delivery. A disgrace.

Incomplete report: I paid CSSA Global $520 deposit to build me a .asp CMS they promised me that their development team would start work the following day (26 Nov) and that they would provide me with daily project updates by email and within 5 days they would supply me with a working design for evaluation that, would demonstrate the CMS's ability to produce search engine friendly urls. They attempted to build me a CMS for linux server even though the job brief clearly stated that I required .asp CMS for windows server. To date CSSA Global has not produced the first working design that demonstrates the required functionality that was stated in the job brief. I have tried to contact CSSA Global to seek a refund, they refuse to talk with me or return my deposit of $520. I've submitted a Pay Pal claim to try and get money back. CSSA Global is a very un professional and very un scrupulous organisation stay away from them you will loose your money and ruin your relationship with your clients.
Comments: Cssa Global might have provided a lot of successful projects, but mine was a disaster, 1.)I was assigned a junior developer 2.) Project 3 months delayed! I had to stop development and fix the remaining issues myself, cause I could not wait anymore 3.) Almost 10 different persons were involved, not talking with each other, leaving me very frustrated having to explain over and over again (Im glad that the MSN client has an history tab! 4.) 4 different people nagging for payments release, drives me crazy, milestones were not yet done, but over and over MONEY MONEY MONEY requests like a spoiled child asking for candy. 4.) I recently handed over the code to my developers working for me onshore, their assignment were to replace the crappy design, translate and clean the site up, remove cross-site-scripting bugs etc. I now have received the verdict of the new code review, basically its cheaper rewrite the entire code from scratch! 4000$ down the drain...

Comments: NEVER HIRE CSSAGLOBAL!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE HIGH RATINGS; DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PROFILE PORTFOLIO FILE; CSSAGLOBAL ARE UN-PROFESSIONAL! THEY CHEAT! and THEY LIE! and ONLY WASTE MONEY AND TIME! I hired them for a project with USD 800. They accepted all project terms and started the work. The work turned to crap. A one and half months project turned into several months with hardly any progress. I have commented on some issues many times and they couldn't solve them but kept saying they had done!! An ABSOLUTE WASTE of my time. Chetan (so-called CEO) and Sachin kept asking me to release the money like a child asking for candy; I released USD700 out of 800 but they couldnt delivery the work for the payment they got; and at the end, they asked me to increase the budget for the project; AGAIN, THESE GUYS ARE CHEATERS and SCAMER's. DONT HIRE THEM!!
