No Signal inside home

Sir,

Im a resident of Bagh Amberpet (R.K. Nagar), Hyderabad... myself and 4 of my family members are using Airtel service and we are not receiving any calls, sms due to signal problem inside my home... we phoned to customer care several times but there is no proper guidance from them... so plz suggest us a solution on this...
