i m the customer of airtel from last 18 months... from last more then 20 days my net n telephone line both are not working instead of making so many complaints no one is coming to visit at my place.. last thursday on 18/8 i requested to surrender the connection .. they gave me the request no. 2528152... on friday i got a call from your dept.from Mr. Praveen he told me that our dept will resolve ur complaint within 24 working hours.. but till today no action has been taken from your hand.. and the most surprising thing is that i got a message today morning from 44444198 in which it has been written ur rqst. no. 2528152 has been resolved.. how it has been resolved can your dept. plz tell me..
i have made a call to the customer care dept. some Mr. atul picked the call and said our server is not working i m unable to look into the matter... now i m fed with d services i m getting from airtel.. instead of making so many complaints now i have decided i m not going to pay the bill .. you r requested to remove your connection from my home at the earliest possible.. this is my 2nd request in writing... and there are no. of complaints laying with ur dept with oral communication at your call center you can see from there..
