Number reactivation

Dear SirMadam,

I am using the numbers 09630426446 (Pardeep kumar) in M.P.I am living in Haryana. I have`nt used this number for some time.i`m not able to make any calls or receive any calls. The service to the number has deactivated. Pls activate the number for me.

I use these numbers when i go to M.P. during my vacation every year.
