I took prepaid sim card number 9963484827on 24 dec... it was not activated till 5 jan... i submitted the proof in airtel relatinship centre, visakhapatnam.outgoing calla are barred on the next day evening even though i submitted the proofs... about the products they launched 53 recharge when trying it .it is unsuccessful on my mobile... i contacted customer care they said it is applicable for me and they are working on it... even i got a call from technical supporter they are unsuccess... i have lot of references no... regarding many problems... my amount was not refunded... even i requsted a call back from the nodal officer... till now not received...
