HITACHI SPLIT AC
POOR SERVICE

I purchased a Hitachi split AC 1.5 Ton for home. After 20 days of installation, when temperature started shooting up, I felt that cooling was in effective. I lodged a complaint to Hitachi India non Toll Free no on 05 May 12 at 0940 hrs.

It is now 11 May 1900 hrs & after one week, my problem has yet to be resolved. Every time, I talk to designated authorised service agency, they start narrating their problem & most of the time I’m convinced that their problem is more genuine so I have to wait.

I’m now sort of dis-appointed with the response from the Company. My no is 919560277477.
