Hello Sir/Madam,
A few days ago i register a complain against Airtel Servicea (Hello Tunes). Compain was:- After converting my prepaid sim to postpaid it keep telling me that i have insufficient balance when i want to activate any service. To this Form i bring your attention to the service that i m using is Hello Tunes, that was working fine and i was happy that they good take care of that after my first complain, but Airtel was unable to activate that particulater Tunes which i told them. I am keep calling them @6/min to activate that but i failed every time. There is a lady named "Puja" did try to activate but what she did at last, she just deactivated my service at all... its now more then two days, nobody respond me back after deactivation. This time i am pissed off and decided not to pay extra charges except my monthly rent. This message i will also sent to my lawyer and consumer court, so that if Airtel register any kind of legal action we would have the proof of screwed services.
