sir i am using airtel service since from last 4-5 years, on friday 19th August i had talked with your customer care person regarding internet plan on my mobile of rs.98/month, he provided me all details & also sent all settings for internet coonection for my mobile.
on saturday 20th Aug I had recharged of Rs, . 98 at evening, I got 1 Rs. balance & my internet service gets started, while in replacement of this AIRTEL changed my Friends plan which on my no., all call rates, sms charges & so on, I am in very tension regarding this changes because your service provider not give any single clue regarding this changes before recharge or while on asking about plan,
So i FORCEFULLY request you to please convert my plan to same as that of previous one.

this is on urgent basis & very immediate.
