Deduction of money from prepaid connection without my consent

Sir

Its very shameful for your company that after several time I visited your costomer service center to block any unwanted SMS/not activate any chargeable item such as news/sports/masti/jokes&etc. Concern person block as per my requirement for few days not for life long. My balance amount started deduction automatically without my consent. I am fedup for this system. Kindly consider my case. My phone no.is 8969185346.Unwanted SMS&telly marketing create a big problem.
