Dear Sir, Madam,
For the last 15 days I am trequesting the customer care to stop whatever service has been on my number without my knowledge and money is being deducted from my balance. Some balance has been deducted for downloading something which i havnt downloaded. I am tired of calling customer care & every time I cal they assure me of stopping those services. Please help me.
