I have purchased a recharge coupon of Rs.15/- (airtel zabardas) (35 local & STD mins validity 1 day) for my Kolkata mobile no.9903349421 during Scratching the personal recharge pin number of that recharge voucher has spoiled with Serial Number 1361111004164411. The coupon is with me till now. When I talked with the customer care officer they told me that there is no way to get back the recharge pin.
