As per sms direction I recharged my airtel digital tv as below. But till now I could not see any channel and the tv shows negative balance and instruct for recharge (11-10 AM).
Would you advice!

Till date I did not get any channel to visualize. Please stop deducting money on daily rate basis till the resumption of getting channel and refund the money you have already deducted since 16.10.2011. Else I will take the matter with the consumer grievance cell of Govt. of India.

Till this time you have not given any channel to view. While trying to contact over phone at 1800 102 8080 it says the balance as 200.00..
But the T v shows negative balance and could not access any channel.
Your opinion please.

Till now I did not get single channel to view. It now shows “Check signal cable / weak signal”
Unless you refund money till resumption of service I shall take the issue to the consumer court
