Signal Lost Problem

I am a customer of Airtel DTH customer ID 3001912378. I have called customer care sevral times and thy resistered my complaint for the signal lost problem on dated 30/05. on 01/06, i received an SMS containing that service request 8584791 for "video problem" has been resolved, if the issue is unresolved please call 9760695005. But i am unable to contact this no. & my problem still remain same. Today on 2/06 i again called the customer care and the customer care executive told me that i will provide the another number for service engineer but again i got the same number.

Right i am very much astonished that this is the kind of service which airtel is giving us and regularly deductig the TV accouunt balance.
