Airtel has launched so called my airtel my offer on *121# which its customer care executive says is common for all offer.

On 3rd feb i checked *121# and offer said "On RC 100, get 200min talktime. (125 turant aur 75 in 48 hrs.). Same offer i confirmed with executive on 121 same day and did recharge. Till today i haven't got left 75 min talk value. After calling customer care again, executive says after checking details to call 12131 and not *121# for offer. Even after telling him whole story, he says he is helpless and asked me to check same offer on calling 12131, if it exists i should go to ARC. These offers keep o changing where they mention offer of the day just for you and this person (exec) asks for such solution.

According to me Airtel has many a times succeeded in fooling and looting customers in some or other way. If they cant afford offers why do they offer it? Atleast twice in a year one needs to waste time in rounds of ARC where people say we don't have database, call 121 and circle continues. These companies think consumer is fool rather than consumer is king.
