Mobile sim inactivated

Respected Sir/Madam,

My Airtel sim was inactivated on 13/08 evening. The reason given by airtel customer care centre that I haven't submitted my identity proof. If this is the reason, they are giving me now then, first thing, on what ground did they issue me a sim when I haven't submitted my ID proof.

Secondly, as far as Iam concerned I have submitted my electroral ID proof for this particular sim. I think electroral ID proof suffices for purchasing a sim card. I just want airtel to clarify their stand on this.

More over, In my family we all use airtel for nearly a decade now. And I wish just because of this thing airtel doestn.t loose its very loyal customers.

My airtel number, is or was, now what shall I say I dont know, 9500137710.
