My Air tel NO - 9952042812. Two month ago have take Sm's plan Rs 26, But I am discharge that pack on 13.4.2012

Registered no - 20413472837.

But till date my balance is detected from air-tel. Why? i have try many to customer service, but there is no response. Please clarify
