Airtel Prepaid Mobile
Failed recharge

I had recharged Rs.100/- for my prepaid mobile no:9932539030 on 13/12/09 through HDFC Net Banking. But recharge was not successful. I had talked to your customer care Executive several times. As per them no recharge is showing in your system. I contacted also with HDFC Bank. & as per bank money transaction was successful & transaction ID : 1213200922594553342.

Ulimately I am a Customer who is suffering. This is may be a Question of Rs.100/- but for me it is a reliability of a Service provider like you. What should I do?
