Please help me for this problem,

I am taking an airtel two Sim of Airtel prepaid number #8130128150 and I am submit my ID to Dealer from which I am taking a number thereafter a call from your Airtel Company for equiery of Document related to my number, I am giving the information about myself. But as per your Airtel Company my number is restrict due to non match of ID proof with your records and as per your customer care exceutive this number is operative in other name ID Proff and tell me how to number can Restart and please help me for find my ID Proffs as your record.

I am sending after your reply my full address and other things for finding my ID Proof.
