No post sales service and poor quality product

I had bought the treadmill (their best one- Torque) in Feb. The treadmill stopped working within 15 days of purchase. Post that it has been a saga of complaints and request for getting the treadmill changed. The owner Mr Rajesh Nagpal never helps to get things corrected. His support team is not helpful at all. I have tried my best to try and get attention to helping this corrected but these has been no help.

I have learnt that this company imports under the brand of Joggers Park and Torque. While purchasing the treadmill, I was told that Torque is a US brand but have now realised that Torque is a US brand which is true BUT IT DOES NOT MANUFACTURE TREADMILLS.

This reflects forgery on the company part but i dont have it in writing about this comparison. This is a hopeless person and I would defenitely try getting the company to face music for this forgery and bad service. Need your advice to get this sorted out.
