Damage to expensive sports equipment

I had given a badminton racquet - YONEX MUSCLE POWER 24 (cost Rs 3500/-) for change of gutting to the above shop. The same was inspected by the counter and was taken for repairs vide bill no : 00789 of 24 Apr

However, while changing the guts the racquet was damaged and now it is beyond any repair or change of guts.

The shop is refusing to change the racquet or pay any monetary compensation to me for a damage that has been done by their personnel while repairing the guts.

I request you to instruct the shop to provide me with a new racquet - YONEX MUSCLE POWER 24 at the earliest.
