Bought Adidas Canvas Shoe of 9 size

HI,

I have bought Adidas canvas shoes of 9 size by mistake.

When tomorrow i went to shop to exchange the shoe they said we can't exchange it.

They said we don't bother if you have taken the bigger size.

Please help me to exchange the shoes.
