Aritel prepaid mobile service
Autometically activate the value added service

I am jayanta misra and my aritel mobile no is 919007300410.

on the date 10-05 i see an amount of Rs.6.00/- was deducted from my main mobile balance. but i can't activate any value added service from my moblie.

but when i ask for sms report details from customer care DATE:-10-05 TIME - 9:24 and NAME:-SURAJIT DAS (customer care operator) just ignore my call.

So, i request to take any action against the company (AIRTEL mobile service)
